Aikido in Fredericksburg

We have arranged for the good folks from https://www.kupunaaikido.org/ to share with us their fantastic fall avoidance program for senior citizens. We plan to host them in our dojo in Virginia for a "Train the Trainer" weekend (September 7/8) when they will teach how to conduct these fall avoidance / safe falling programs using Aikido "ukemi" principles.

 

The seminar is also open to others that work with seniors and would like to learn this valuable method to enhance senior health and safety -- no Aikido affiliation is required.
